Tour Overview:
Our tours have been designed based on geographically proximity to the other sights in the package and with the focus that the sights in a particular tour are selected based on historical or cultural significance related to a common theme. Our tours are designed to give our guest the most pleasurable experience possible while maximizing the time you have available to tour while in Xi’an. You can book a single tour with TCW Tours or book a combination tour package. Our most popular package the “Xi’an Special” combines the Central Xi’an tour with the Terra Cotta Warrior excursion if you have just a few days in Xi’an.
If there are sights in the Xi’an area that you would like to visit, but are not listed in one of our tours, please be sure to let us know in advance of your booking so that we may accommodate your request in our personalized tour package. Please note that the length of all tours are listed for each excursion, however, we are able to adjust the tour length based on your request. If you do decrease the planned tour time, we may not be able to visit some schedule sites on the tour. Your tour planner will advise you of your options during the scheduling of your tour.
Tour Pricing:
While we do provide a general price range for each of our tours on our Web site, due to the custom nature of the tours offered by our company, fees will be priced based on the travel season, number of persons in your party, itinerary requested and number of tours that are purchased with TCW Tours. Exact pricing will be provided by one of our travel consultants at the time of booking. Please note that group discounts are available for parties of 10 or more persons.
Payment:
Payment may be made to TCW Tours by Visa or MasterCard via a fax/scanned authorization form, Visa or MasterCard via PayPal, direct PayPal funds transfer or a bank wire transfer. A 10% deposit will be collect for all tours booked before 30 days prior to travel and full payment will be collected 30 days from your first scheduled tour. If you tour is booked less than 30 days from travel, full payment will be collected at the time of booking.
